Prepare the Equipment
Ensure all items are clean, disassembled if necessary, and placed securely back into their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
